bdoko reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.
If bdoko determines that a player has provided false information regarding their age, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned net of any amounts already wagered, at bdoko's sole discretion.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of bdoko features including casino games, sports betting, and financial transactions, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) for payment purposes.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account with bdoko. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. bdoko uses sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected:
- All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately
- Any bonus funds or winnings generated through the duplicate account(s) will be forfeited
- The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation
- In cases involving deliberate fraud, the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdoko account credentials, including your username and password. bdoko strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not reused across other platforms. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
bdoko will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a request for your password purporting to come from bdoko, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.
You must notify bdoko immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bdoko will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or has delayed notifying bdoko of a suspected breach.
KYC Verification
bdoko is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and a recent selfie. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours under normal conditions. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal suspended until verification is complete.

Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating payment method.
Withdrawals

- Processing time: Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- KYC requirement: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available withdrawal limits for that method.
bdoko reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests that fall outside normal patterns. These checks are conducted to protect the account holder from fraud and are completed as quickly as possible. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review.
Section 5

For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse
bdoko monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing hedged or low-risk bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, and exploiting errors or delays in the bonus crediting system. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended from further promotional eligibility.
bdoko's Right to Modify Promotions
bdoko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the website and, where material, by email notification to affected players.
Section 6
User Obligations
As a registered player on the bdoko platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other point of interaction with bdoko
- Use the platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

- Transfer funds between bdoko player accounts or engage in any form of money laundering activity
- Harass, threaten, or abuse bdoko customer support staff or other platform users
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including deposited funds where fraud or criminal activity is involved, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.
bdoko reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal legal action in cases involving fraud, theft, or deliberate harm to the platform or its user community.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the bdoko platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software code, user interface designs, game presentations, icons, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bdoko or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdoko platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform's content for any commercial purpose
- Create derivative works based on bdoko's visual design, software, or content
- Use bdoko's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any manner without prior written consent
- Frame or embed bdoko's pages within another website or application

Section 8
Termination & Suspension
bdoko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within required timeframes
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
- Underage gambling or failure to satisfy age verification requirements
- Player-requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme
- Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months)
Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not due to fraud or terms violation), any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings will not be paid out upon account closure regardless of the reason.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may instead activate a self-exclusion through the account dashboard, which takes effect immediately.
Account Reactivation
Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible for reactivation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdoko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, network outages, or third-party payment processing delays. bdoko's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
bdoko does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and events beyond bdoko's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. bdoko will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance via the website and email where possible.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to bdoko's customer support team for resolution. bdoko is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Unresolved disputes may be escalated in accordance with the formal complaints procedure described in the FAQ section.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
